Climbing The Beast

After a brief stop at the toll station we set off to drive up the Großglockner Hochalpenstraße!

 The already mentioned "beast" 

2.378 meters high, 42 km of twiddly road ahead and two plucky hatchbacks.

... to go along with a stunning road.

Driving a high alpine road turned out to be great fun. Twists & turns that go along with a wonderful view!

aaaand we made it all in one piece! ... well, two actually but that's okay.
