The Großglockner High Alpine Road: Where Nature And the Perfect Driving Road Are Close Together

The very first time I drove to the Großglockner Hochalpenstraße had been in August last year. During this trip, I uncovered a love for road trips that I had always been dormant. I visited one of the most scenic and beautiful driving roads on this continent. Due to this strong emotional connection, it should come as no surprise that in June of this year I decided to pack my snack stach and return.

Thus armed with everything I needed I set off and arrived with little to no problems at one of the few places I call home. One of the perks of going to the Großglockner briefly after the opening of the road is that the snow still lingers at the sides. I had been yearning for such a photo for a year, and now I finally had the opportunity:
